Carole Asker

Founder & CEO

Carole has a background in Accountancy and has held a number of senior directorships including Divisional Finance Director and Group IT & Systems Director within the sector. She has a wealth of multi-disciplinary experience that she brings to client projects. “I love meeting clients, existing and new, discussing their projects or challenges and helping to find solutions. We are lucky enough to work with some great people, spending time with them helping them to achieve their goals and objectives is incredibly rewarding”.

Euan Batten

Chief Operating Officer

Euan§ brings a wealth of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business consultancy projects around the world and across multiple industries. He has delivered large scale strategic programmes in the construction and house building industry and his expertise in aligning vision with strategy and his focus on achieving improved organisational results ensures that our clients can trust us to deliver on their ambitions.

Roger Vaux

Customer Success Manager

Roger brings over 35 years of experience in ERP sales across the UK and Ireland’s Construction and Residential sectors. This includes nearly 23 years at COINS, where he was responsible for more than 150 successful COINS ERP sales. He supports the Gallos business in a commercial capacity and is passionate about helping organisations realise tangible business value from their IT investments.

Tim Allen

Senior Project Manager

Tim has worked in the Construction industry for over 35 years, managing and supporting project teams to deliver software implementations, optimisation, and transformational change projects to meet clients’ outcomes, objectives, and aspirations.

Tim Drake

Senior Project Manager

Tim is a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager specialising in COINS solution, with over 25 years of experience in the construction and ERP sectors. His career began at Taylor Woodrow Construction, where he gained invaluable client-side experience implementing COINS, providing a strong foundation in understanding both operational requirements and strategic business needs. In 2002, Tim joined COINS itself, where he spent 22 years as a Senior Project Manager and Consultant, leading complex implementations, upgrades, and bespoke consultancy projects for a wide range of clients. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning through to delivery and post-implementation support, ensuring solutions are tailored, scalable, and effective. Now as part of the Gallos Solutions team, Tim continues to bring his extensive experience and deep industry knowledge to help organisations maximize the value of their COINS ERP systems, delivering practical, high-quality solutions that support business growth and efficiency.

Linda Skinner

Project Manager

Linda has a proven track record of project management. She has successfully managed and delivered a wide variety of client projects, she is a qualified Prince2 Practitioner. Her strategic approach and attention to detail, ensures that each project is completed to the highest standard. Linda’s ability to navigate complex project challenges, build strong client relationships makes her an invaluable asset in delivering successful outcomes for her clients. With a passion for continuous improvement, she consistently strives to enhance processes, drive efficiency, and exceed client expectations, ensuring long-term success for every project she undertakes.

Gemma Brown

Head of Contracting

Gemma is a Chartered Accountant with over 11 years of experience as a Senior Consultant at COINS, specialising in delivering solutions to contracting and housebuilding clients.

Scott Vaughan

HR & Payroll Consultant

Scott combines his Computer Science background with 15 years of expertise in Payroll and Human Resources within the construction industry. His unique fusion of technical skill and human capital management knowledge allows him to lead with a focus on efficiency and compliance. What truly sets Scott apart is his knack for team motivation; he inspires his colleagues & clients to exceed their potential by fostering a culture of transparency and innovation. Promoting an atmosphere where integrity and excellence in client and internal relations are not just goals but realities. Scott’s ability to motivate and lead teams towards shared visions is a cornerstone of his approach to organisational success.

Zoe Butler

Support Manager

Zoe has 13 years of experience in the housebuilding sector, working for one of the top 4 UK house builder as a Management Accountant and later in a project and systems role.

Zara Keane

Commercial Consultant

Zara has over 25 years' experience in the Construction & Civils Industry, spending 17 of those as a Senior Consultant with COINS. She has collaborated with leading companies worldwide to design and implement business management solutions that help them maximize the benefits of their ERP software. Over the years, she has worked alongside these companies as they expand, introducing new aspects of the product to support their growth.

Giles Asker

Construction & Customer Care Consultant

Giles has over 25 years’ experience in the Housebuilding Industry, having held numerous senior positions including Construction Director, Operations Director, Divisional Chairman and Regional MD.

Kerry Nelis

Financial Consultant

Kerry is a CIMA-qualified Management Accountant and Finance Manager with extensive experience managing and accurately controlling business finances, having worked in the Construction Industry for the past 8 years.

Andrew Collison

Technical Consultant

Andrew comes from a background in systems design and programming, and enjoys researching a problem to understand it from all angles to find the simplest solution.

Tony Starr

Contractor and House Builder

Tony brings 25 years Construction experience as a Contractor and House Builder. Originally, he trained as a Quantity Surveyor but has also worked in Supply Chain Management before becoming a Senior Consultant with COINS in House Building Software His main area of expertise being all Commercial aspects from Land, Budgets, Bills of Quantities, Subcontract Management and procurement. He brings into his implementations his experience as a User as well as being the Subject Matter Expert. Tony likes to involve his clients in decision making offering advice on best practice, encouraging his clients with open and frank conversation wanting to deliver the best for his clients. Tony has worked with all of the majority of UK major House Builders being heavily involved in the design and improvement of the COINS product

Andy Farnfield

Senior Commercial Consultant

Andy has over 45 years of experience in the construction industry, with 23 of those years dedicated to implementing and supporting COINS projects across the UK, Ireland, the Middle East, Australia, and the USA. He has developed extensive expertise in CVR and Commercial Manager, combining deep technical knowledge with practical insight into the unique challenges of construction finance and operations.
